ICU Stepdown RN | Sanford, FL
Deliver critical care with confidence and compassion. We’re seeking a skilled ICU Stepdown RN to join a high-performing team in Sanford, FLcaring for patients transitioning from intensive care to recovery.
Pay: $46/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
Provide specialized care for stepdown and high-acuity patients
Monitor vital signs, telemetry, and patient progress closely
Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing patient assessments
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license (FL)
ICU, PCU, or stepdown experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
