NY Events is hiring Retail Sales Associates for our Midtown Manhattan office! No experience necessary full training provided.

As a Spectrum Retail Partner, we run both in-store and outdoor pop-up sales campaigns for one of the country's top telecom brands. You'll work directly with customers, build product knowledge, and develop real sales and communication skills all in a fun, team-based environment.

What we offer:

• Weekly pay: $800–$1,400 (based on performance)
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Hands-on training and mentorship

What you'll do:

• Represent our client at retail locations and outdoor event sites
• Engage customers face-to-face and explain product offers
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Learn sales, communication, and leadership skills through hands-on coaching

What we're looking for:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfort talking to new people, indoors or out
• Reliability and coachability
• No prior sales experience required we train from the ground up!
