The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or experienced clinician who loves working with children and wants to be part of a supportive, high-quality team.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients including exams, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and preventive treatments.

Manage patients with a gentle, child-friendly approach that puts both kids and parents at ease

Collaborate with an experienced team of dental professionals in a fast-paced, fun environment

Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

Participate in ongoing continuing education to stay current with the latest pediatric dental techniques

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school required

Completion of an accredited pediatric dental residency program (AAPD board eligible or board certified preferred)

Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain prior to start date

Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with children

Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation $200,000 to $300,000 annually with 35% production and a $10,000 sign on bonus
