Title: Commercial Electrician
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay: $25-28/hr
Schedule: M-F (5am-3:30pm)
Contract: 4-5 months to perm
JOB DESCRIPTION
An equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in compliance with the National Electrical Code. This role is ideal for a safetyfocused professional with strong technical skills and experience working in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
· Install, maintain, repair, and replace electrical wiring systems and components
· Inspect and test electrical systems, transformers, and circuit breakers
· Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and perform repairs
· Install EMT and rigid conduit, stepdown transformers, and perform conduit bending
· Safely operate hand and power tools
· Complete work orders, time sheets, and material documentation accurately and on time
· Follow all safety standards and National Electrical Code requirements
