SideBar, a vibrant and welcoming spot located in Leesburg, VA, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at The Docket, our lively cocktail bar. If you have at least 1 year of bartending experience and a love for mixology, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Bartender at The Docket, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of cocktails, beverages, and drinks with precision and flair.
• Engaging with customers to provide friendly and attentive service.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Adhering to all safety and alcohol service regulations.

We’re seeking a Bartender who brings both skill and personality to the bar. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 1 year of bartending experience is required.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and bar equipment.
• Customer Service: Hospitality is at the core of our service style.
