Inside Sales Representative

Qualifications:
Inside Sales or Customer Retention Experience preferred. You MUST be career minded.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Flexible shifts available)

Pay:$17 /hour plus bonuses. ($600+ per month bonus if you meet your performance targets. Top reps clear $2,000 per month in bonuses!)

In this role, you will answer incoming calls from customers who need help with their accounts. You'll be a trusted advisor-listening to their concerns, solving their problems with kindness, and offering them great products, services, or savings to keep them happy with our company.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day):

• Help Customers: Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional, and patient way.
• Save Accounts: Talk with customers who are thinking about leaving and find the right solutions, discounts, or offers to keep them with us.
• Recommend & Sell: Listen closely to customer needs so you can suggest extra products or upgrades that truly help them.
• Clear Communication: Clearly explain prices, promotions, and account details so customers feel confident in their choices.
• Keep Accurate Records: Update customer accounts and take notes during and after calls.
• Meet Goals: Work hard to hit daily targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and account retention.

Skills:
Strong listening skills, positive attitude, ability to handle tough conversations with empathy, and comfort using a computer.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Inside Sales or Customer Retention is preferred.
• Experience with customer retention, subscriptions, or a "save desk" is a big plus!
