Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them on our Dallas lot.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our ever-changing used car inventory.
- Understand buyer needs to match them with the right vehicle and budget.
- Conduct test drives around the Dallas area and highlight vehicle features and history.
- Negotiate deals and close sales under dealership manager approval.
- Guide buyers through the trade-in valuation and financing processes.
- Follow up with prospects and past buyers to drive referrals and repeat business.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven track record in sales or a strong desire to learn the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy to track leads in our CRM system.
