Just A Smidge Ice Cream Shop is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Manager to help lead our team and create a welcoming experience for our customers. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible daytime hours in a fun, community-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team that includes high school age employees
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Open the store
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
- Support busy rush periods while keeping operations organized
Qualifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable mentoring and working alongside younger staff members
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail, hospitality, or food service experience preferred
- Weekend availability is a plus
