We're Puddle Pool Services the flip-flop-wearing, sunscreen-smelling crew that decided pool care didn't have to be boring. No stuffy uniforms, no corporate BS, just people who show up, do great work, and actually enjoy it. We're growing fast across Canada and the US, and we're building something real not just another pool company punching the clock.
Who You Are
You're the person who actually likes being outside. You take pride in leaving things better than you found them. Maybe you've got pool experience, maybe you don't but you're mechanically inclined, you're reliable, and you're not afraid to get your hands wet (literally). You want a job where every day looks a little different and nobody's breathing down your neck.
What You'll Do- Test and balance water chemistry so every pool you touch is crystal clear
- Clean, inspect, and maintain pools and equipment (filters, pumps, heaters the works)
- Spot small problems before they become big, expensive ones
- Build real relationships with homeowners who actually appreciate what you do
- Represent Puddle like the pro you are because first impressions matter
What You Bring- A strong work ethic and genuine attention to detail
- Comfort working outdoors, solo, and on your feet
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn (we'll train you right certification included)
- A good attitude. Seriously. That's half the job.
