Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our assembler team. In this role you will be responsible for assembling industrial machines using a variety of components. This is a hands-on position that requires both mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble machines and subassemblies using provided parts and drawings
- Install components such as shafts, sprockets bearings, and other hardware
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies
- Ensure all components are installed correctly and function as intended
- Inspect work to maintain quality and accuracy standards
- Troubleshoot minor fitment or alignment issues during assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on technical experience
- Familiarity with hand tools (wrenches, drills, tape measure, etc.)
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and how parts fit/work together
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings or instructions
- Experience working with bearings, chains, sprockets, or similar components is a plus

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license.
Additional Notes:
- This is a hands-on role
- Ideal for someone who enjoys building and working with mechanical systems
- Expected hours
- M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Optional overtime is occasionally available
- Must be able to commute to Flemington, NJ 08822
