1st & 2nd Shift | $17.75–$19.75/hr | 4-Day Workweek

Looking for steady manufacturing work with a4-day workweek and Fridays off?Stanley Black & Decker, through Kelly, is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates in Sedalia, MO.

This is ahands-on manufacturing positionwhere you’ll operate production equipment, work with parts and materials, perform quality checks, and follow detailed work instructions.

  • 2nd Shift:Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM $19.75/hour

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we will consider candidates with transferable hands-on experience
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
  • Assemble and handle parts and materials
  • Follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures
  • Perform quality inspections
  • Use hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Meet production and quality goals
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Must be18 years or older
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or hands-on production experience is a plus
  • Hand tool experience preferred
