Responsibilities
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (5 positions)
Weekend Pay Rate: 42/hr
Traveler Pay Rate: 43/hr
Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate health records.
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the healthcare team.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid LVN license and current CPR certification required.
Willingness to participate in continuous learning and development programs.
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with direct patient care.
Ability to monitor and report patient condition changes effectively.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients and families.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and adherence to company policies.
Ability to document patient care accurately and maintain health records.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
Experience with quality improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting.
