A&P Mechanic

*Must have A&P License or have FAA required training completed*

The A&P Mechanic plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of aircraft through diligent maintenance and repair. Working on-site at the airport as part of a dedicated maintenance team, this role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining aircraft systems to meet strict aviation standards. This position requires hands-on technical expertise and a commitment to precise documentation and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems maintenance and inspections on aircraft
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Document maintenance actions accurately and thoroughly
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely aircraft readiness

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in leadership development within maintenance operations
• Willingness to cross-train in other maintenance and technical roles
• Prior FAR 135 and/or FAR 145 Repair Station
