Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependableLandscape Installerto join our team. This role involves installing and maintaining landscaping features such as sod, plants, trees, irrigation systems, etc. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate about working outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting up materials.
- Installsods, mulch, plants, trees, and other softscape elements.
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, compactors).
- Assistwith irrigation system installation and troubleshooting.
- Follow landscape plans and instructions from supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Previousexperience in landscaping or construction.
- Ability to lift 50+lbs.and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s licenseis preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong workethicsand attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
