ICU Stepdown RN (Permanent) + Sign on bonus available

Position: ICU Stepdown RN

Location: Sanford, FL US 32771

Shifts: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Salary: $31 – $46/hr (based on experience)

Summary:
Seeking a compassionate RN to care for ICU stepdown patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments. You’ll use clinical judgment, monitor critical vitals, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Requirements:

• 1+ year recent ICU Stepdown RN experience (or 3+ years Cardiac/Multisystem PCU)
• Florida RN License (or Compact)
• RN Diploma/ADN (BSN preferred)
• NIH Stroke Scale & BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 6 months

Unit Details:

• 15-bed ICU Stepdown
• 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio (occasionally 4)
• Manages drips and long-term vents

Pay & Perks:

• Salary: $31 – $46/hr (based on experience)
• Shift Diff: $4.50 nights | $1.50 weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: $15K (Days) | $20K (Nights)
