FUTURE OPPORTUNITY Hybrid Position Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. This role acts as a primary focal point for accountability to the Contracting Officer's Representative.The ideal candidate will lead overall execution of an effort supporting IMCOM G4's enterprise Real Property Asset Management program across HQ IMCOM, five Installation Directorates, and 82 CONUS garrisons.• Serve as the single point of accountability to the Contracting Officer's Representative.• Maintain the Project Management Plan and Master POA&M.• Own the Quality Control Plan and its execution.• Sustain Key Personnel staffing at no less than 95% with no vacancy exceeding 30 calendar days. • Deliver executive-level briefings to HQDA, IMCOM, and DoD stakeholders.• Chair quarterly performance reviews with the KO and COR.• Provide immediate on-site support to HQ IMCOM for urgent matters.Minimum QualificationsExperience: 12+ years of program management experience in complex projects within the defense or aerospace sectors, including a minimum of 6 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM.Proven track record leading and managing cross-functional teams with multi-million-dollar budgets.Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or a related certification (CPA, CDFM, CGFM, or PMP). Relevant experience may be substituted.Clearance: No security clearance required; all work is performed at the Unclassified level. Requires favorably adjudicated NACI (or higher) for Common Access Card issuance, Army Account Verification System registration.PreferredQualificationsPrior service as PM or deputy PM on an Army real property audit readiness effort.
