An established and busy law firm with offices in Miami, FL is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to assist with high net worth and complex real estate transactions, commercial leases, and corporate/transactional work.
Must have the following:
- At least 5+ years of experience specializing in commercial/residential real estate closings
- Experience with commercial leasing is helpful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to work a closing from initial contact through closing
- Experience with amendments/addendums/LOI/HUD
The job responsibilities may include:
- Preparing contracts, including lease or rental agreements and closing documents
- Facilitating communication between the lawyers for buyer and seller, as well as clients
- Reviewingtitle reports
- Pre-closing, closing, and post-closing duties
- Handle disbursements
- Prepare mortgage notes/loan documents and financing
- Records research
