You’ll focus on selling Commercial Lines policiesincluding Workers' Comp, GL, Auto, Property, Cyber, and Floodwhile our service team supports your exponential growth.
What You’ll Do:- Prospect & close new commercial accounts through cold calls, warm calls, referrals, and networking
- Cross-sell to current clients and uncover gaps in coverage
- Present coverage options and build custom insurance packages
- Represent a trusted, client-first independent agency
- Rely on a dedicated CSR team for service, renewals & back-office support
Requirements:- 3+ years B2B sales (2+ in insurance preferred)
- Active FL 2-20 License (or willing to obtain)
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages
- Goal-oriented, confident communicator, tech savvy (Epic/Applied experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license & ability to travel locally
