Overview:
We’re hiring experienced CDLA company drivers based in Ottawa, KS for local and regional routes with mostly notouch freight, consistent hours, and strong benefits. Our drivers are home daily with only occasional overnights and have dedicated trucks with onsite maintenance support.
What You’ll Do
- Safely transport and deliver goods and materials to designated customer and yard locations.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures to ensure safe, efficient transportation.
- Complete pretrip and posttrip inspections to confirm equipment is in proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members to keep loads on schedule and resolve issues quickly.
What We Offer
- Home time: Home daily with occasional overnights as needed.
- Freight: Primarily notouch freight (may be occasional exceptions).
- Equipment: Noslip seating and onsite mechanic support for fast repairs and maintenance.
- Schedule & pay:
- Expected hours: minimum 30 hours per week.
- Overtime paid after 50 hours worked in a week.
- Paid holidays off: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

Who We’re Looking For
- License: Valid CDLA.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years CDLA driving experience
- Strong ability to safely operate trucks and navigate various road and weather conditions.
- Excellent driving record with no major violations or preventable accidents.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude with customers, dispatchers, and fellow team members.

- Work location: On the road, based out of Ottawa, KS.
- Relocation: Must be able to relocate within 50 miles of Ottawa, KS before starting work.
