Your Role:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

- Maintain 100% CMS compliance using our automated, hard-locked CRM guardrails.
- Educate beneficiaries on MA, MAPD, and PDP options.
Requirements:
- Active Health Insurance License.
- Current Year AHIP Certification.
- A "Closer" mindsetyou thrive on metrics and high-volume environments.
- Tech-fluency: You are comfortable navigating CRMs, Enrollment Platforms and AI-driven workflows.
