As a
Store Shift Supervisor at Wag N Wash, you’ll help lead the team during your shift, ensuring a great experience for every neighbor and their pets. You’ll balance
customer service, team support, and daily operations to keep the store running efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Lead team members by example, delivering excellent customer service
- Support daily operations and help ensure a smooth, efficient shift
- Assign tasks and help team members manage priorities and time
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Process transactions, support the register, and handle returns or issues
- Place and manage special orders and online order fulfillment
- Reconcile cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Step in to support the team wherever needed during busy periods

Requirements and Responsibilities- 2+ years of retail experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and move for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and perform physical store tasks
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Must be 18+ years old and able to meet hiring requirements set by the local franchise owner
