Security Project Manager

Maple Grove, MN | $85,000–$135,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced Security Project Manager who enjoys leading projects from design through completion?

At Uhl Company, you'll manage commercial security, low-voltage, and life safety projects for healthcare, education, commercial, and institutional customers. You'll own the projectfrom kickoff to closeoutwhile working alongside an experienced team that values quality, accountability, and doing the job right.

You'll lead multiple security and ICT projects while managing:

• Access Control
• Video Surveillance (CCTV)
• Fire Alarm coordination
• Structured Cabling (Copper & Fiber)
• Audio/Visual Systems
• Paging & Mass Notification

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing projects from kickoff through closeout
• Maintaining project budgets, schedules, and profitability
• Leading customer and contractor meetings
• Coordinating field teams and subcontractors
• Managing change orders and project documentation
• Supporting commissioning, testing, and project turnover
• Providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle

You may be a great fit if you have:

• Experience managing commercial low-voltage or security projects
• Knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, ICT, or Fire Alarm systems
• Understanding of BICSI, TIA/EIA, and NFPA standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience using Microsoft Office and project management software

• RCDD Certification
• NICET or Fire Alarm experience
• AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, D-Tools, or Adobe experience
