Valid driver's license required
Must be able to safely drive a truck and trailer
Ability to lead and manage a crew efficiently

Reliable and punctual every day

Must be willing to work weekends when necessary
Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of commercial lawn maintenance or landscaping experience
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in the field
- Knowledge of turf care, plant identification, and horticultural practices
- Ability to maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial landscaping equipment
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly
- Capable of working outdoors in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary
