Jump into facetoface sales across 62 client campaigns (telecoms, charities, sporting partners) at inmarket locations across Cincinnati and surrounding neighborhoods. You’ll receive structured morning and evening training, daily coaching, and handson selling experience that builds confidence and accelerates career growth.

Requirements
• Recent college graduate (or equivalent) with a strong drive to learn and compete
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customerfirst mindset with a positive, energetic presence ?
• Comfortable standing and actively engaging customers
• Quick to absorb coaching and eager to improve retail/sales experience is a plus
Compensation
Benefits
• Base salary range: $36,000–$44,000 per year (depending on experience) + performance incentives
