• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all food handling processes
• Execute food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and service
• Ensure all food is stored properly, rotated regularly, and handled in compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal assembly and uphold quality control during busy periods
