Our firm is looking for a new dedicated accounting professional to join our team. You will participate in accounting and consulting for privately owned businesses and individuals in a wide range of industries.
We are currently seeking a motivated, career-oriented self-starter with 5+ years of recent public accounting experience for tax & accounting engagements for small to mid-size privately-held businesses & individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- develop and cultivate professional client relationships while developing and analyzing their unique requirements
- Prepare financial statements
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
- Complete complex tax planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Accounting
- 5+ years of recent public accounting experience
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, Accounting Solutions and MS Office a plus
