We have several immediate openings forCNC Milling Machinistsacross multiple locations. Relocationassistancemay be available for qualified candidates at select sites.

• Lansing, MI

• Ogden, UT

WhatYou’llDo

• Operate3,4,and 5axis CNC milling and/or turning machines

• Run multiple machines simultaneously, as most equipment is part of manufacturing cells or machining centers

• Machine hard metals such asInconel, titanium, and stainless steel

• Load parts and fixtures using hoists and safely position workpieces in machines

• Makeprogramrequiredoffsets and adjustments using Fanuc controls

• Read and interpret CNC programsatthe machine

• Set up tools using tool sheets and ensure proper configuration

• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications

WhatYou’llBring

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience setting up and changing over jobs on CNC equipment

• Ability to read English and interpret symbols on operation sheets

• Strong communicationandproblemsolvingskills with the ability to work collaboratively

• Proficiencyin mathematics and calculator use

• Experience making offsets at the machine

• Ability to read and understand CNC programs

• Experience setting up and using machining tools and fixtures

• Proficiencywith precision measuring equipment, including gauges, swing gauges, calipers, and micrometers

• Familiarity withrightanglehead operations

• Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

• Ability to work within tight tolerances (thousandths of an inch)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace orhighprecisionmanufacturing

• 3+ years of experience operating CNCmultiaxismilling machines
