Entry Level Sales Representative

Performance Windows is growing our Dallas–Fort Worth sales team and looking for motivated, competitive individuals who are ready to start or grow a career in sales.

No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a proven system to help new representatives develop their skills and succeed.

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the DFW area, introduce them to Performance Windows and our services, and help generate qualified appointments for our sales team. This is an in-person, field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is motivated by results, and wants an opportunity for rapid career growth.

What You'll Do:

• Connect directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Introduce homeowners to Performance Windows and our services
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments
• Follow our proven sales system and receive ongoing coaching
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Represent Performance Windows professionally in the field
