As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional assistance to guests via phone, email, or in person.
• Answering inquiries about our vineyard and safari experiences, helping guests plan their visits.
• Resolving customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
