Work with Operations Supervisors to ensure deliverables are being achieved
Work collaboratively with all team leads to support inventory counts, product moves, and management, and maintain accurate supply and equipment levels
Communicates in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff, or safety
Provide ongoing training and development to all warehouse associates
Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the supervisor or management to support the overall goals and operations of the warehouse.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working within a fulfillment center
Must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift to 50 lbs without restrictions
Able to stand and walk continuously during the entire length of the shift (8+ hours)
Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech-oriented, warehouse environment
