SENIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT& GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Qualifications and Experienced Required:
- Experience managing P&L, Talent Development, Sales, Project Management and Estimating (preferred)
- Proven Sr. Project Manager ready for the next step in their career (mando)
- Prefer 5-10+ years of ProjectManagement experience (Storefront,Window Wall,Curtainwall,Sunshades / Screens, ACM Panel Systems, StructuralGlass WallsandSkylight projects)
- Ability towork independently;Confidence and knowledge to make critical decisions.
- Ability to handle project management from acquisition of contract through close-out (such as RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists and close-out docs)
- Prefer the ability to readand interpretblue prints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings and all schedules as to understand architectural intent
- Prefer experience with utilizingproject management software, spreadsheets andestimating software.
- Prefer project track recordof finalizing under budget (if possible); maintain / manageaccruedmaterial, equipmentand laborcosts.
- Must have the desire to grow professionally (growth / location plans)
- Demonstratesexcellent communicationskills with customers,suppliers, architects, management & site personnel, etc.
