Chiropractic Office Assistant - Full-Time - Part-Time

We're searching for both a part-time and a full-time diligent chiropractic assistant. You’ll be responsible for patient intake, patient exams, admin assistance with scheduling, payments, and phone calls. • Assist with patient intake, exams, and education.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments.
• Prepare, process, and maintain accurate patient paperwork and records.
• Keep patient information organized, confidential, and up to date.
• Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a welcoming, positive, and professional environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of completing tasks and projects accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Proficient in basic computer software with the ability to quickly learn new systems and programs.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly memorize scripts, procedures, and office protocols.
• Highly adaptable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
