Lead Residential Electrician
Lehigh Valley, PA
Hourly Rate: $23.00-$28.00 (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of residential electricians to install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and service panels
- Read blueprints and schematics
- Perform electrical upgrades, remodel installations and new construction wiring
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
- Test electrical systems and components for safety and efficiency
- Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify problems and make repairs
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and contractors to explain issues, timelines, and recommend solutions
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have experience to lead a small team of residential electricians
- 3+ years of residential electrical experience (or equivalent apprenticeship)
- Strong knowledge of the NEC
- Ability to use electrical testing tools, hand tools, and power tools safely
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics/crawl spaces
