Shift:1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate:$16.00/hour
Location:On-site in DeKalb, IL
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for each customer order, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build boxes or pallets for shipment, preparing goods for timely dispatch.
- Properly place packaged items in their designated areas to streamline workflow.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
Qualifications & Skills:- Prior experience in packing or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry items as needed, demonstrating physical stamina.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
