Position Summary

TheDirector of Clinical Quality Improvementleads performance improvement initiatives across the hospital, utilizing data analytics, continuous improvement tools, and evidence-based strategies to drive excellence in patient care. The director works closely with senior leadership, physicians, and frontline teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement quality programs, and sustain long-term performance gains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required(Health Care Administration, Operations Analysis, Clinical field, or related area)

  • Professional experiencein continuous improvement within a healthcare environment

    • Includes1 year utilizing statistical methods and continuous improvement tools

  • Leadership experiencein an acute care facility

    • Must includeat least 1 year working with senior management and physician leaders
