POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager, Data Center Development & Construction will work as part of a cross-functional team supporting a wide range of mission-critical data center development and construction projects. This position is primarily responsible for managing assigned projectsfrompreconstructionthrough execution, ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and qualityobjectives.
This role isalsoresponsible for coordinating consultants, contractors, internal stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projectsin accordance withAREP's standards and investor expectations. TheSr.Project Manageris critical toensuring disciplined execution, proactive issue management, andtimelyproject delivery.
