What You’ll Do

As a Sales Agent, you’ll help clients across the U.S. find health insurance plans that fit their needs. All leads are inbound and connected directly to you.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls
• Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
• Build and manage lasting client relationships
• Process insurance applications efficiently and accurately
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the client experience

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• In-office only (No remote or part-time options available)

• Able to thrive in a high-performance sales environment
• Willing to get licensed (we’ll train and pay for it!)
• Dependable and ready to work full-time on-site
