The Marquee Moments Director leads the design and implementation of resident activity programs that support holistic well-being, engagement, and enjoyment within the community. Must have experience.

• Plan, organize, and oversee all community activity programs.

• Lead and mentor the Marquee Moments team to deliver quality programming.

• Coordinate volunteer efforts and community partnerships.

• Develop newsletters, calendars, and event materials.

• Collaborate with leadership to align programs with company philosophy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Social Work, or related field preferred.

• Experience managing programs or teams in a senior living setting.

• Certification in Activities or Recreation Therapy desirable.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills.

Ability to lead activities, assist residents, and move throughout the community.
