We also make it easy to apply!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD PASTRY CHEFThe expectations of the Lead Pastry Chef include scaling, production, and execution of pastry mixes, fillings, individual desserts, frozen desserts, cookies & bars, pies & cakes, doughs, and bread. Proficiency with chocolate and confectionery work, Celebration, and Specialty Cake decoration is also a requirement. Ensuring and monitoring par stocks of daily items, reading and executing daily event orders, along with being flexible to special requests from members, are key factors to success. As a Lead Pastry Chef, you will understand the importance of ensuring quality standards and services are consistently met and will excel at mise en place, production, and execution of A'la Carte, Banquet, and Special Event desserts.
