What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
• Communicate findings clearly and honestly with homeowners
• Explain repair and replacement options without high-pressure sales
• Complete quality work while following safety and company standards
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the team
• Continue developing your technical skills through company-paid training

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Residential HVAC experience
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• EPA Certification required
• NATE certification strongly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and dependable driving history
