We’re searching for theabsolute best caregivers someone dependable, compassionate, and sharp to join our close-knit team in asmall, 16-bed assisted living home (13 residents)where quality of care comes first.

This is a shift for someone who takes pride in doing things right,has 3-5 years of memory care experience. Must be reliable, have transportation and daycare if applicable.

What You’ll Do

• Provide attentive care and supervision- ( no cell phones)
• Be able to help with meals and bedtime routines
• Handlelaundry, cleaning, resident assistance
• Maintain a calm, safe, and respectful environment
• Workindependently and responsibly
• Reliable to the core shows up on time, stays alert, gets it done
• Experienced in caregiving at an AL facility ( 3 years assisted living experience a MUST)
• Calm, patient, and genuinelykind with memory care residents
• Detail-oriented and takes ownership of the space

Not a Fit If You:

• Have less than 3 years memory care experience in an assisted living facility
• Have only home health aid experience
• Need constant supervision or direction
• Cut corners or avoid responsibility
• Do not get required duties completed each shift
• Like to check their phone often during work hours
