ResponsibilitiesLine Cook Responsibilities - Execute timelyorders following Eno’s Pizzaspecifications.
- Review menuitemsbefore food preparation.
- Ensure adherence to all food procedures and sanitation guidelines.
- Coordinate food service with other restaurant rolesas needed.
- Assistin purchasingand managing food inventory.
- Familiarize yourself with new menu items.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction.
- Take ownership of issues; resolve them or involve a manager.
- Leave the establishment crumb-free and food-free at closing.
Required SkillsLine Cook Qualifications - Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience
- Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
- Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
- Ability to remain standing for long periodsof time
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequentlylift upto 50 pounds
