Sort packages by ZIP code and designated delivery routes to ensure accurate and efficient parcel processing
Supervise temporary workers during daily sorting operations and provide training on sorting procedures and best practices
Coordinate truck dispatch and support smooth inbound and outbound delivery operations
Design and optimize delivery routes for drivers to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transportation costs
Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, delayed, or incorrectly routed parcels, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock checks
Perform basic equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs as needed
Ensure warehouse operations comply with company safety standards and OSHA requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support overall service quality
Complete other operational tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field preferred
Experience with package sorting, order fulfillment, inventory management, or other warehouse operations
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a strong plus
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong adaptability and willingness to support different operational needs as required
