About the Role: We're looking for a dependable Cook to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You'll handle food prep and cook to recipe and presentation standards while keeping your station clean, organized, and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and quality standards

• Complete daily food prep washing, chopping, portioning, and marinating

• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized cooking station

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines

• Communicate with the expo and kitchen team to keep tickets moving

• Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock

Qualifications

• Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

• Food Handler's card, or willingness to obtain one

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

• Works efficiently under pressure during busy shifts

• Team player with reliable attendance
