Up to 5 nights/Week: 9:00pm-7:00am, 4:00pm-9:00pm or 4:00pm-12:00am

Monday-Friday; 7:00am-5:00pm, 8:00am-6:00pm, 8:00pm-6:00am

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.

Requirements

• Active IL NURSING LICENSE
• Current CPR Certification
