Responsibilities:- Perform high-end, detail-focused cleaning services in luxury Class A residential and/or commercial properties
- Maintain strict quality standards and attention to detail on every job
- Use proper techniques and premium products to care for high-value surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction
- Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists for each property
- Manage time efficiently to complete services within scheduled windows
- Report any property concerns or maintenance issues to the appropriate contact
Requirements:- Prior experience in luxury, Class A, or high-end cleaning environments required
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless results
- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy with excellent client-facing demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team partner
- Familiarity with premium cleaning products, tools, and best practices
- Dependable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the Saint Petersburg, FL area
