Job Description
This role focuses on welding and fitting heavy structural steel components used in buildings and construction projects. You will perform flux core and MIG welding, interpret blueprints, use quality tools, and collaborate closely with architects and experienced welders to produce high-quality, precise steel structures in a clean and organized facility.

Work Environment
The role is based in a smaller, clean fabrication facility that focuses on heavy structural steel work. Team members use welding equipment for flux core and MIG processes, along with standard fabrication tools and quality measurement instruments. Work is available on first shift from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., providing options for different schedule preferences. The environment values safety, cleanliness, and efficient workflow, with an emphasis on maintaining an organized workspace suitable for precision welding and fitting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
