This is a one-year contract Recruiter role that provides comprehensive recruiting and onboarding support to the Human Resources department and hiring managers. The Recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle for both hourly and salaried positions, with a strong focus on manufacturing roles, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, administering onboarding, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. This position serves as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the organization’s staffing objectives.
ResponsibilitiesThis position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch. The dress code is business casual, with jeans acceptable on Fridays. The role supports a manufacturing environment where the noise level is usually loud and there is frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. At times, the Recruiter may be exposed to high, precarious places and outside weather conditions, and may frequently encounter wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and toxic or caustic substances. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, offering opportunities to work closely with operations and HR teams while supporting staffing needs in a production setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
