Compensation:

$16 - $18 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring each customer feels valued and heard.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, providing clear and accurate information to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, suggesting improvements to processes and systems.
  • Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet customer needs and team goals.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or call center roles, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of resolving customer inquiries efficiently, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
  • Proficiency in documenting customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed and organized records.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements, contributing to a culture of continuous enhancement.
  • Experience in training or mentoring peers, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for new team members.
