Pediatric Nurse - Home Health (RN/LPN)

Join our team as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse providing skilled in-home care for children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and G-tube support. You will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Schedule:

• Friday ( Night Shifts: 8PM–8AM)
• Monday and Friday (8AM–8PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home pediatric nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and document care
• Collaborate with physicians and families
• Follow individualized care plans
• Educate families on home care procedures

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• Pediatric experience required
• Trach/G-tube experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
